There are no additional charges for these services.

 ACCURACY: Thorough employee training and double-checking of every return safeguards the accuracy of your return. However, if we make an error that is not corrected, we will reimburse you for any penalties or actual interest damages you incur**.

 SATISFACTION: If you are not pleased with the service you receive in the preparation of your tax returns and you choose not to file them or allow us to redo them, we will refund your fee in full.

**You will still be responsible for any additional taxes that would have been due had the error not been made. this reimbursement is limited to two times the charges for the return or $1,000.00, whichever is less.
